How do I get started?
Download Packd from the App Store and create your first list — it's free, forever. Add items, tag them by category or packing day, and tick them off as you pack. When you get home, hit Reset and the list is ready for next time.
How do I share a list with someone?
Open the list, tap Share, and send the iCloud link via Messages, WhatsApp, or anywhere else. The other person taps the link and the list opens directly in their copy of Packd. Everyone sees changes update live.
What format does CSV import expect?
A simple spreadsheet with one item per row. Columns for the item name, category, and (optionally) a label or packing day are recognised automatically. You can export any list to CSV first to see the exact shape, then adapt your own. CSV import/export is a Pro feature.
My lists aren't syncing between devices. What should I check?
Packd syncs through iCloud, so make sure you're signed into the same Apple ID on every device and that iCloud Drive is enabled in Settings. If a device is offline, changes sync automatically once it reconnects. Still stuck? Email us and we'll help.
How do I delete my data or account?
There's no Packd account to delete — your lists live entirely in your own iCloud. To remove everything, delete your lists in the app, then delete the app. You can also remove Packd's iCloud data from Settings → your name → iCloud → Manage Storage.
How do subscriptions and refunds work?
Packd has no subscriptions. You pay once per extra list (€0.50) or once for Pro (€20) — no renewals. All purchases go through your Apple ID, so refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com, not by us.
Is there an Apple Watch app?
Yes. Packd includes an Apple Watch app and complications so you can glance at and tick off a list from your wrist — handy when your hands are full on the way out the door.
